The award winning Ben Cruachan Inn are seeking to recruit a local workers.

We’re a small roadside and country inn always aiming to offer the best welcome, excellent food, a comfortable stay and above all something different from the norm.

The Day to Day

• This position is a General Assistant Position, with the view to a permanent supervisory/Duty Manager position.
• We will work with local talent to ensure we can offer a position suited to your skills and development needs.

Deal Breaker Requirements

• You must be live locally, accommodation cannot be provided at this time.
• You must have relevant experience in the hospitality trade, but we are willing to train you.
• We are a close-nit team that open all with open arms, it’s imperative you play your role in the team both in the workplace and socially.

Remuneration

• In return for your hard work and commitment, we will offer an initial starting rate of £12.00 PH with a review in June anually.

Expected £12.50 p/h 2024.

• Paid 4 Weekly.
• Free meals on duty, either breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner, complementary hot drinks to all team members.

Gratuities

Average in the range of £1 per hour worked. Paid 4 Weekly between pay dates.

Accommodation

• Not available with this role.
